Enabling individuals to achieve their targeted results is an indescribable reward! I know that every person is whole, unique and talented. For me, coaching is about asking my clients "the right questions at the right time" and supporting them to uncover their inner wisdom to make their lives more productive, more effective, more efficient and happier.

I received my first coaching training from Adler coaching school, followed by many more trainings. I increased my coaching knowledge and tools by working with John Leary Joyce, the founder of the Academy of Executive Coaching, and his deeper Gestalt Coaching school. I deepened my coaching by taking the approach and mentorship of Kirsten Dierolf, the founder of Solutions Academy, who learned Solution Focus directly from its founders Insoo Kim Berg and Steve de Shazer. I have coached executives and teams for over 2,200 hours. I will continue to benefit from the magical power of learning and experiencing.

I listen to my clients by staying in the moment with my focus. For me, coaching is like dancing in the moment... One of my strong skills is to focus and "stay in the moment" in every session in order to increase the client's awareness, improve their options and create change by increasing their self-confidence. This ability has contributed to the ICF-accredited CCE certified "Tango & Coaching Training" with John Leary Joyce, which makes me proud. Apart from Istanbul, we have also given this training in London and Budapest, where the participants gave praise and feedback.

I know that emotions drive people. During coaching, I take care to take the pulse of my clients' emotions. I start by listening to the client and accepting what they tell me as it is. When my Emotional Intelligence competencies come together with my Microexpression Expertise, it becomes easier for me to be a partner in the journey of finding what the other person is really looking for. My goal is to make the people I coach feel that "I feel strong enough to do what I want, and I can do it".

The ethical framework of Professional Coaching is clear; it is a valuable and responsible job. At the core of this responsibility is to establish and develop a relationship of "trust" with the client. The fact that many of the people I coach say that they do not disclose what they share with me, even to their closest ones, motivates me in my journey to become a better coach.

In my coaching work, I benefit from the solutions of Six Seconds, the world's first and largest emotional intelligence organization; CMOE (Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness), which provides training, coaching, consultancy and organizational research services for thousands of leaders and employees in organizations around the world; and Solutions Academy, which designs, develops and delivers ICF, EMCC and IASTI Accredited "Solution Focused" Coaching Certification programs.

During the working period, I work for managers to develop their leadership capacities, to increase their awareness of their approaches and behaviours, and to gain the competence to evaluate themselves. I support them in their journey to become an effective leader. I carry out the process with inventories and supportive tools in an inspiring, thought-provoking and creative process.

My priority is to assess the leader's situation with an inventory/survey, identify what he/she needs, clarify his/her goal and enable him/her to take the necessary steps. I carry out the process from the starting point to the reached point in a measurable and concrete way. As a coach, I know that when I touch a manager's life positively, there are many people who are affected by this positive change. My most important motivation in the coaching journey is to hear these positive changes.

Team Coaching requires effective competencies: You start by getting to know the individuals in the team and getting them to get to know themselves and their teammates. Then you move on to working for the team. Every company wants to have strong teams that drive productivity. With Team Coaching, I start by providing a safe and supportive learning and development environment that directly impacts productivity and performance. During the working process, I use scientific inventories and tools to improve both personal and team performance. Thus, I contribute to the formation of more productive, more efficient and highly communicative teams.

I work to emphasize the strengths of individuals and teams and to ensure that the team is oriented towards a common goal. By developing team spirit, I ensure that team members develop skills such as trust, understanding, cooperation, creativity, time management, problem solving, risk management, stress management and motivation.
