I start by seeing the whole, aiming to form the main idea and move forward with them. I work with the internationally recognized Vital Signs Model. Counselling requires resilience. Consulting is the work of people who know how to share. I also prefer to do this by asking the right questions that will reveal what companies know themselves, rather than a high-pitched "I know" approach.
