I set out to inspire and accompany the journey of those who want to achieve their dreams and goals, to produce, to succeed or to find their own way. Since 2013, I have been serving to important institutions and individuals in Turkey and abroad with dedication in the fields of training, consultancy and coaching at Hayatın Ritmi, of which I am the founder. Knowledge, experience, reliability, scientificity and cooperation are valuable to me. For this reason, I ensured that Hayatın Ritmi became the Turkey Partner of Six Seconds, CMOE and Solutions Academy, the world's leading institutions in the fields of emotional intelligence, training and coaching. I am an advanced trainer, coach and program leader of these institutions.
ABOUT ME

I do it with great happiness because it triggers my desire to learn to share what I know.

As a trainer, I use scientific, evidence-based, global principles, models and tools as well as my emotional intelligence competencies, micro-expressions and body language expertise. I care about the participants being active in my trainings; I create a structure that responds to their needs, where they will experiment, have fun, satisfy their curiosity and have an impact. I listen carefully to the participants in every training, because I know that there is a wisdom in all of us. When you reveal the wisdom of the participants, the result is surprisingly effective. In this way, I enable them to have personalized experiences, to deepen, to mobilize their thoughts and feelings for the results they desire. TRAINER

For me, consulting is about providing a holistic and in-depth approach using scientific, proven models and inventories.

It requires knowing the organization well in terms of both product, service, and human resources, being able to adapt to it and ensuring continuity with care... The sine qua non of consultancy is reliability. Asking the right questions is as important as giving the right answers. I pay attention to the details while seeing the whole, as well as to the opportunities while solving problems. I love to share, facilitate and support my knowledge and experience... I use my experience and knowledge to move the potential of companies step by step to superior performance and to create a meaningful and lasting impact. CONSULTANT

Coaching means listening effectively, asking the right questions, making people realize themselves and their potential, and being their companion on their journey to where they want to go!

I use emotional intelligence models, tools and inventories effectively in my coaching. I have translated these inventories into Turkish and I am conducting reader certification programs. I brought Solution Focused Certified Coaching Programs, which is a scientific, evidence-based and systematic approach, to Turkey and I am the program leader. I have coached managers and teams for over 2,200 hours so far. I care about living my life like a coach and coaching my own life first.
